San Diego

"America's Finest City" has long been a popular travel destination for visitors from all over the globe. With daytime temperatures averaging 70°F and 10 inches of rainfall a year, it's no wonder San Diego has been chosen #6 Best U.S. City for Winter Travel.

Okay, time for a disclaimer. San Diego is my home town so I’m a little biased.

San Diego is ideal for families since it offers a plethora of things to do.  Although it is the eighth largest city in the United States, the laid-back culture inspires relaxation, exploration and rejuvenation. There is so much to see and do in this coastal California beach town. You can try to cram it all into one visit but you will be hard pressed to really discover all this seaside paradise has to offer.

One of the main attractions of this California paradise is the beach. With over 70 miles of coastline showcasing majestic cliffs, hidden beaches, beaches for family fun, surfing beaches, and beaches to work on that southern California golden tan, you are sure to find the perfect one for you.

If this is your first trip to San Diego, there are a few things that should go on your “must see” list. It is our goal to help you plan your adventure so you get the most out of your vacation.
